Interactive mixed-reality installation

Guests don't watch the experience. They become part of it.

From a drawing on paper to a living world on a 4K wall — in under thirty seconds.

Premium experiential technology for brand activations, corporate family days, luxury weddings, and mall experiences. Built for moments people film, share, and remember.

A category of experience

From drawing on paper to swimming in a living world.

The idea of drawing a creature and watching it come alive on a giant screen has lived, for the last decade, inside permanent teamLab-style installations at world-class venues — Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, museum spaces in Okinawa, Macao, and Doha. Beautiful. Permanent. Built for ticketed visitors who travel to them.

We've built the event-scale version of that same magic — purpose-built for Indian brand activations, corporate family days, luxury weddings, and mall experiences. Portable. Branded to your campaign. The transformation guests fly across the world for — set up in your atrium by Friday morning.

Permanent installations of this category exist at:

Marina Bay Sands, Singapore · DFS Okinawa, Japan · The Venetian, Macao · OliOli Children's Museum, Doha

livesketch.space is independently built and not affiliated with any of the above. We've built our own version of this category of experience for Indian events.

A category of experience that used to require an international flight. Now it sets up in your venue.

See it in motion

A glimpse of the living world.

A 30-second cinematic from a recent activation — drawings turning into creatures, the room reacting in real time, the wall coming alive.

From paper to pixel

A drawing becomes a creature in under thirty seconds.

Guest sketches on paper. One scan with our phone. Their drawing lifts off the page, joins the underwater world, and starts behaving with a personality of its own.

Turnkey production

We arrive, run, and recap. You host the event.

Self-contained LAN, on-site facilitator, custom branding, and a recap reel delivered within 48 hours. Your AV team doesn't need to know we exist.

How it works

Three steps. Zero learning curve.

No app to download. No QR-codes to fumble. No staff training. The kit teaches itself in 90 seconds.

01 — Draw

On paper. With anything.

Crayons, markers, pencils. We bring the templates and the table. Kids do what kids already love to do.

02 — Scan

One phone. One tap.

Open the scanner, point at the page, lasso the drawing, tap. Done in under three seconds, every time.

03 — Watch

It comes alive.

Their creature swims onto the TV with its own personality. The room loses its mind. The reel auto-records.

A living world

Not a screensaver. A world that reacts.

Every creature has a personality. They school together, chase food, dart away when startled, and orbit whatever just appeared. The room watches it evolve in real time — and that's before the phones come out.

🐟

Fish move together

Same-type creatures form natural shoals — drifting in formation, splitting apart, regrouping. A constantly evolving underwater scene the eye can't stop following.

The room shapes the tank

Drop virtual food from a phone and the whole tank reacts at once. A new drawing arrives, and the curious ones orbit it. Every guest action ripples through the world.

Personalities people recognise

Shy seahorses dart from movement. Sharks own the open water. Sea turtles glide. Jellyfish pulse on their own rhythm. Guests point at the one they drew — and instantly recognise its character.

Interactive modes

Catch what you create. Aim for what you want.

Two mixed-reality modes turn the aquarium wall into a shared game. Guests don't queue to look — they queue to play. And every catch can carry a reward your brand chose.

Guest holds a smartphone showing a Great Catch reward screen — 20% off brand coupon — with the underwater aquarium wall and a family celebrating in the background
AR Fishing Mode

Turn the aquarium into an interactive game.

Guests lift their phone. The wall comes alive on their screen. They cast a line into the same shared world the room is watching — multiplayer, in real time. Every catch can carry a coupon, a gift, or your product.

Mechanic Multiplayer mixed reality
Reward Coupons, gifts, lead capture
Energy Cheering, reels, replay
Archery Mode · New

Inspired by Arjuna's Swayam Vara.

A story every Indian audience already knows. Focus, patience, and a single perfect shot. Guests draw the bow on their phone, aim through AR at the wall, and release. Hit the eye and the reward multiplies.

In the Swayam Vara, Arjuna's focus won the impossible. Channel that focus. Take aim. Win big.
Mechanic Aim · Release · Win
Reward tiers Standard hit · Eye-shot mega
Cultural fit Mahabharata storytelling

For brand activations

Engagement infrastructure. Not entertainment.

Most activations end with a name pulled from a fishbowl. Yours ends with guests playing — fishing in mixed reality, aiming through AR — for coupons, gifts, and your product. The mechanic that used to be an afterthought becomes the reason people stop, stay, and share.

🎁

Every creature can carry your reward.

Attach coupons, gift cards, discounts, or physical prizes to fish in the tank. Guests cast in AR and win what they catch. Your brand becomes the reward, not the banner.

📊

Measurable engagement, not just footfall.

Every cast, every catch, every share is a data point. You leave with participation counts, dwell time, prizes redeemed, and optional lead capture at the moment of the win.

🛠️

Tailored to your campaign.

Prize pool, win rates, redemption flow, branding, and even the creatures themselves are configured per activation. Your mascot can swim in the tank. Lead time: a few weeks.

Engagement, measured

Not just attended. Engaged.

Indicative ranges from typical livesketch events. Every activation reports back the actual numbers — for your post-event deck and your client.

8–12min
Average dwell time per guest
Time at the installation across draw, scan, and AR play — versus the 20–40 seconds at a typical photo booth.
65–85%
Of attendees participate
Family-day and activation events consistently see a majority of attendees draw, scan, or cast in AR at least once.
3–5×
Reels, stories & shares per guest
Guests film the wall, film their drawing arriving, film the catch. The activation distributes itself.
100%
Take a keepsake home
Clean PNG of their drawing — background removed, event date stamped. Lands in inbox or on phone before they leave.

Ranges drawn from typical engagements. Actual outcomes vary with footfall design, dwell flow, and prize-pool sizing — all of which we tune for your event during the pre-production call.

Built for

Four audiences. One unforgettable moment.

Same installation. Different story for the room it's built around.

Brand activations

Stop the scroll. Start the queue.

Launches, sponsor booths, mall takeovers, conference foyers. Your mascot swims in the ecosystem. Your coupons are caught in mixed reality. Every guest leaves with a reel — and a reason to remember the brand.

Best fit: CMOs, brand teams, agencies running 1–4 day activations.
Corporate family days

The screen the whole company watches together.

One station, hundreds of kids, zero AV coordination. The table everyone's child wants to sit at — and a 4K wall the entire room cheers when a new creature joins. One vendor. One invoice. Monday-morning recap reel.

Best fit: CHROs, employee experience, internal events at 100–800 headcount.
Luxury weddings & sangeets

A guest book that swims.

Every cousin, every uncle, every flower girl sketches a wish — and watches it glide into the couple's underwater world. Branded with their names. Premium curation, on-site facilitator, recap film for the wedding album.

Best fit: Destination weddings, sangeet, anniversary celebrations.
Mall & retail experiences

Footfall that lingers — and shares.

Atriums, anchor stores, festival weekends. Drop-in art station, AR fishing for coupons redeemable on the same floor. Families pause. Reels go out. Dwell time becomes measurable engagement, not a guess.

Best fit: Mall marketing, retail launches, festival activations.

Take-home

Tangible proof the party mattered.

Two things, instantly, for every guest. One sits on the fridge. One lives on the feed.

The drawing

A clean PNG of their creature.

Background removed. Transparent. Ready to print or share. Stamped with the event date — forever.

The reel

20 seconds. 9:16. Instagram-native.

Auto-shot, auto-cut. Drawing → splash → swim → personality beat → food drop. Drops straight into your camera roll.

Real rooms

People pointing. Phones up. Reels rolling.

The product becomes believable when you see the room react. Crowds gathering. Families filming. Kids cheering on the drawing they just made.

For the organizer

What you take back to Monday.

Branded into the tank

Your logo, mascot, or product can become a creature in the ecosystem. Not a banner behind the booth.

🧾

One vendor, one invoice

We arrive, set up, run the floor, tear down. Your AV team does not need to know we exist.

FAQ

The questions planners ask first.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on headcount, hours, venue, and whether you're adding AR prize fishing or Archery Mode. Share your event details and we'll come back with a custom activation quote within a working day. For reference: family-day and birthday formats start around the cost of a premium photo-booth package; brand activations are scoped per campaign.
Do you do AR prize fishing and Archery Mode for brand activations?
Yes — both as custom configurations. We attach prizes (coupons, gift cards, discount codes, or physical items) to creatures in the tank; guests catch them in AR or aim for them through Archery Mode. We scope and price per campaign. Reach out via the enquiry form with your campaign details and timing — we work with brand teams a few weeks ahead of the activation date.
How many guests can you handle?
A single scanner station comfortably runs 60–90 creatures per hour. For larger events we add scanner stations in parallel — multi-station setups can sustain 200+ creatures per hour without queues building.
What do you need from the venue?
A table, a TV or projector with HDMI, a power outlet. That's it. We bring the laptop, scanners, router, paper, and art supplies.
What about Wi-Fi?
We do not depend on the venue's Wi-Fi. The whole system runs on our own LAN.
Have you done this before?
Yes — see the photos above. We can share a reference on request.
What if a kid scribbles?
Anything scannable becomes a creature. Our CV pipeline isolates line art on any white background, so even abstract scribbles end up swimming. The "ugly fish" usually gets the loudest cheer.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekend and festival-season slots fill 3–4 weeks out. Lock the date early.
